From left to right (more or less): fried tofu in bonito broth, tomatoes with shiso dressing, rice, otakuan (the yellow pickles), konnyaku twists cooked in soy sauce and mirin with bonito flakes on top, grated ginger, fish sprinkles with kurogoma (black sesame seeds). Also note the raspberries and yogurt being strained through the cloth (to thicken it). A feast!
